What's the difference between knowing and doing? ACTION. The Whole Body Upgrade package helps you to start being in charge of your health right after our first meeting. Prior to our initial appointment you will fill out an extensive health assessment form and health questionnaires. I will review your health history, past and current symptoms, and current labs in an initial 90 min appointment where you will receive an individualized action plan and additional lab work if necessary (not included). Over the next 90 days, you will receive the ongoing professional support you need from me through four 30 minute follow-up appointments and electronic messaging for extra support between appointments.
