Service Description

The Whole Body Optimize package includes everything in the 3 month package (an extensive 90 minute functional nutrition assessment, four 30 min follow-ups, and electronic support between sessions) in addition to discounted supplements and 3 additional 30 minute follow-up appointments and one 30 min “completion call” to recap everything we did in the past 6 months and get very specific on how you should move forward. Additional lab work may be necessary (not included). During the next 180 days I will continue to customize your action plan to suit your progress along the way. This package is designed for people who have had extensive ongoing health issues and need additional support in making healthy lifestyle changes.
