The Whole Body Assessment is perfect for people interested in optimizing their health or want to prevent health problems in the future. You will fill out an in-depth assessment form and questionnaires prior to our appointment, which I will review before we begin our time together. We will work closely together for 90 minutes to extensively review your health history, current labs, and symptoms.
